Sir Christopher Nevile/Summers Charity
The charity originated in 1898 for “Relief in Need” for people in the parishes of Aubourn and Haddington.
It continues today and the Trustees have money available in the form of a grant to help
those in need, perhaps having suffered a bereavement or illness.
We also give grants to widows and widowers , young college or university students needing
books etc and are looking to expand the remit of the charity.
