Cllr Mrs Woodman said she would speak to the team at NKDC regarding this issue. The member of the public also asked whether a white line on the road outside his house could be extended. The clerk will email highways.

Minutes of the Last Meeting and Matters Arising
These were read and duly signed.
NKDC Report
Cllr Mrs Woodman gave the report. The Info Links at North Kesteven Sports Centre will close whilst the refurbishment continues and is relocating at the town council offices on Fen Lane.
Nominations for the Community Champions Award are being collected. Whisby Natural World has a full programme of activities. Details can be found on their website. The Spires and Steeples run is taking place in October starting at Lincoln Cathedral and finishing at St Denys in Sleaford.
Highways Matters
A site meeting took place with Alan Brown and Steve Welsh. They were joined by Cllrs Woodman and Harston and the clerk to look at the state of the roads, paths and signs. The roads had had the work done that we had asked for except Suttons Corner, which is being looked into as it is a large job involving road closures and other agencies (Anglian Water). The Gateway signs could possibly have 30mph roundels on the road. Highways are looking in to it. They should have been done when the signs were installed. Finger sign on Chapel Lane and Church Road is missing a finger. The pot hole on Bassingham Road was reported and duly filled in the next day.

CLOCK TOWER
The white elephant stall and refreshments held in conjunction with the June open Sunday raised £62. Cllr Dinsdale took the left over items for the village car boot sale.
Cllr Mrs Woodman and Mr Woodman will man the open Sunday on 19th July. The window protectors have been looked at as they need repairing. A quote for the work was read out and it was decided to go ahead with the work. Cllr Mrs Woodman reported that the heritage exhibition needed some refurbishment. This was agreed.
FINANCES
The audit sheet was completed by the Cllrs and duly agreed and signed. It has kindly been
internally audited by Mr Kullich.
A letter was resent to Barclays requesting a change of proper officer.
